A healthy amount of weight to gain per month is 15-20 lbs
The average amount of weight gained on my program is 10-15 lbs.
Depending on the amount of weight you need or want to gain that’s the mount of months I recommend.
I recommend two month minimum because it does take time to get your body adjusted and to the goals.
